Missed Dose

If you forget to brush, do so as soon as possible. Continue your normal routine — do not double the dose.

How To Use

1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a soft-bristled toothbrush.

2. Brush gently for 2 minutes, covering all tooth surfaces.

3. Spit out after brushing; do not swallow.

4. For best results, use twice daily.
