Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
• You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website until it reaches your address.

Delivery Attempts

• Couriers will make up to two delivery attempts.
• If the order is not received, it will be returned to Dawai Corner.
• Customers may be charged an additional fee for re-delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

• Please check your package at the time of delivery.
• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours with proof (photo/video).
• Replacement or refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
