Misar (20mg) Tablets contain Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and help prevent heart attacks, strokes, and kidney problems. It works by relaxing blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily, and helps the heart pump more efficiently. Regular use of Misar reduces the long-term risk of cardiovascular complications.

Dosage:
