Description
Monis XR (60mg) Tablets contain Isosorbide Mononitrate, a long-acting nitrate (extended-release formulation) used to prevent angina pectoris (chest pain) caused by coronary artery disease.
It works by relaxing and widening blood vessels, improving oxygen flow to the heart, and reducing its workload. This medicine helps prevent chest pain episodes but is not intended for immediate relief during an angina attack.
