Zanrel-10 Tablets contain Escitalopram (10mg), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant. It works by restoring the balance of serotonin in the brain, improving mood, sleep, appetite, and energy levels while reducing anxiety and nervousness.
