Clobederm-NN Ointment is a combination topical medication used to treat inflammatory and infectious skin conditions. It contains a corticosteroid, an antibiotic, and an antifungal agent, making it effective against redness, itching, swelling, and infections caused by bacteria and fungi. It is commonly prescribed for eczema, dermatitis, and mixed skin infections.

Ingredients:
Active Ingredients:

• Clobetasol Propionate 0.05%

• Neomycin Sulfate 0.5%

• Nystatin 100,000 IU

Inactive Ingredients: White soft paraffin, liquid paraffin, and other base excipients

Dosage Form:

Uses:

• Eczema and dermatitis with secondary infections

Dosage:
Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Avoid prolonged use unless prescribed.

In case of Overdose:
Overuse may cause skin thinning, irritation, or systemic absorption of steroid and antibiotic. Stop use and consult your doctor if any adverse effects occur.

Missed Dose:
Apply as soon as remembered. Skip if it’s almost time for the next dose — do not double apply.

How To Use:

• Clean and dry the affected area before application.

• Apply a small amount evenly and gently rub in.

• Do not cover the area with tight bandages unless advised.

• Wash hands after applying unless treating the hands.

• Allergy to any of the ingredients

• Viral skin infections (e.g., herpes, chickenpox)

• Acne, rosacea, or perioral dermatitis

• Broken or ulcerated skin
