Dermosporin Cream is a topical antifungal and antibacterial medication used for the treatment of various skin infections such as eczema, dermatitis, athlete’s foot, ringworm, and fungal rashes. It helps relieve itching, redness, irritation, and inflammation caused by fungal or bacterial infections, promoting faster skin healing.

Dosage:
