Dermovate-NN Ointment is a combination topical medication containing clobetasol propionate and neomycin sulfate. It is used to treat inflammatory skin conditions that may also have bacterial infections. The corticosteroid (clobetasol) helps reduce redness, itching, and swelling, while the antibiotic (neomycin) prevents or treats secondary bacterial infections. It is suitable for use on thick, dry, or scaly lesions.

Excessive or prolonged use can also increase the risk of antibiotic-related side effects such as hearing loss or kidney issues. Seek medical attention if unusual symptoms occur.
