Dynaquin 500mg contains ciprofloxacin, a broad-spectrum antibiotic that belongs to the fluoroquinolone class. It is used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections, including those of the respiratory tract, urinary tract, gastrointestinal system, skin, bones, and joints. Ciprofloxacin works by preventing bacteria from reproducing and repairing themselves, effectively stopping the spread of infection.

Dosage

• Always complete the prescribed course, even if you feel better.

In Case of Overdose
Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, confusion, and seizures. Seek immediate medical attention or contact a poison control center if an overdose is suspected.

Missed Dose
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose to make up for a missed tablet.

How To Use

3. Avoid taking with milk, yogurt, or calcium-fortified juices as they may interfere with absorption.

When Not to Use

• If allergic to ciprofloxacin, other fluoroquinolones, or any ingredient in the tablet.

• In patients with a history of tendon disorders related to quinolone use.

• In children and adolescents unless specifically recommended.

• If taking tizanidine (can cause severe drug interaction).

Side Effects

• Avoid driving or operating machinery if dizziness or confusion occurs.
