E-Clar Suspension contains Clarithromycin, a macrolide antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections. Dosage

Children: 7.5 mg/kg every 12 hours (twice daily), up to a maximum of 500 mg twice daily, as directed by the doctor.

The usual duration of treatment is 5–10 days depending on the infection type and severity.
In Case of Overdose
Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, or diarrhea. In case of an overdose, seek immediate medical attention or contact a healthcare facility.
Missed Dose
If a dose is missed, give it as soon as remembered. If it is almost time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose to make up for a missed dose.

When Not to Use
