Xadine 60mg Tablets contain Fexofenadine Hydrochloride, a fast-acting, non-drowsy antihistamine used for the relief of allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and itching or hives caused by allergic conditions. It helps control seasonal allergies (hay fever) and chronic urticaria by blocking histamine, a natural substance responsible for allergic responses.
