Nordox (100mg) is an antibacterial medication used to treat various infections caused by susceptible bacteria. It contains doxycycline, a broad-spectrum antibiotic from the tetracycline class. It works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, thereby stopping bacterial growth. Nordox is commonly used to treat respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, skin infections, eye infections, and certain sexually transmitted diseases.

Dosage

Adults: 100 mg twice daily on the first day, followed by 100 mg once daily or as prescribed by your doctor.

For acne or long-term use: Usually 50–100 mg once daily.

Take with a full glass of water, preferably with food to reduce stomach upset.
In case of Overdose
Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or stomach pain. In case of overdose, seek medical attention immediately. Supportive care is recommended.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed one. Do not take a double dose to make up for it.
How To Use
Take Nordox capsules by mouth with a full glass of water. Do not lie down for at least 30 minutes after taking the dose to prevent throat irritation.
Avoid taking it immediately before bedtime.
Follow your doctor’s prescribed schedule and complete the full course, even if you start to feel better.
