Pyloclar (500mg) is an antibiotic medication containing Clarithromycin, used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections. It is especially effective against infections of the respiratory tract, skin, and soft tissues, and is also used as part of combination therapy for eradicating Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) bacteria that cause peptic ulcers. It works by stopping bacterial growth and eliminating infection from the body.

Dosage

In case of Overdose
Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or diarrhea.

Missed Dose
If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember.
If it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.
How To Use
Take Pyloclar tablets orally with a full glass of water.
It may be taken with or without food, but taking it after meals can reduce stomach discomfort.
Swallow the tablet whole—do not crush or chew.
Follow the prescribed dosage schedule strictly and avoid skipping doses.
When Not to Use

If allergic to Clarithromycin, other macrolide antibiotics (e.g., erythromycin, azithromycin), or any ingredient in the tablet
