Claritek 500mg Tablets

Claritek (500mg) Tablets contain clarithromycin, a macrolide antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria and is effective against respiratory tract, skin, and ear infections. Claritek is also used in combination therapy for eradicating Helicobacter pylori bacteria linked with stomach ulcers.

Uses:

• Respiratory infections (bronchitis, pneumonia)

Dosage:

• Adults: 250–500mg every 12 hours, or as directed by a physician.

• Duration depends on infection type and severity.

• Take at the same time each day for best results.

Contact a healthcare provider immediately. Overdose symptoms may include stomach pain, vomiting, or confusion.

Missed Dose:
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it’s nearly time for the next dose, skip it. Do not double the dose.
