Description:

Medigesic Forte is a combination analgesic and antipyretic medication designed to relieve pain and reduce fever.

It contains a blend of Paracetamol and Tramadol, which work together to provide fast and effective relief from:

Medigesic Forte is often prescribed when standard painkillers are insufficient, offering a stronger pain-relief effect under medical supervision.

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains:

• Paracetamol 325mg – Pain reliever and fever reducer

• Tramadol Hydrochloride 37.5mg – Centrally acting analgesic

• Inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, lactose, and other excipients

Uses:

Medigesic Forte 30 Tablets are indicated for:

• Relief of mild to moderate pain

• Management of fever

• Postoperative pain

• Musculoskeletal, dental, or menstrual pain

Dosage:

• Adults: 1 tablet every 6-8 hours as needed, not exceeding 4 tablets in 24 hours.

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.

• Dose adjustment may be required for elderly or patients with liver/kidney issues.

In Case of Overdose:

Symptoms: Nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, slow breathing, seizures.
🚨 Action: Seek immediate medical attention.

Missed Dose:

• Take as soon as you remember if needed for pain.

• If close to the next dose, skip the missed dose.

• Do not double dose.

How To Use:

1. Take as directed by your doctor.

2. Can be taken with or without food.

When Not to Use:

Do not use Medigesic Forte if you:
