Roswin 5mg contains rosuvastatin, a statin medication used to lower high cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. By reducing LDL (bad cholesterol) and increasing HDL (good cholesterol), it helps lower the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other cardiovascular complications.
