Warfin 5mg contains Warfarin Sodium, an oral anticoagulant that prevents and treats harmful blood clots. It maintains smooth blood flow, reducing the risk of stroke, heart attack, and clot formation in conditions like deep vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism (PE), and atrial fibrillation.
