Ampiclox (250mg) is a combination antibiotic containing Ampicillin and Cloxacillin. It is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections. Ampicillin inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, while Cloxacillin is effective against beta-lactamase producing bacteria. Together, they provide broad-spectrum coverage against susceptible bacteria, including respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin infections, and soft tissue infections.
