Optachlor Eye Drops contain Sodium Chloride 0.5%, a hypertonic solution used to relieve corneal edema (swelling of the cornea) caused by conditions such as Fuchs’ dystrophy or after eye surgery. By drawing excess fluid out of the cornea, it helps reduce swelling, discomfort, and blurred vision associated with corneal edema.
