Dosage

In Case of Overdose

Accidental ingestion of large quantities may cause fluoride toxicity. If swallowed, drink plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.

Missed Dose

If you forget to brush, do so as soon as possible. Avoid brushing more than twice daily to compensate for a missed dose.

How To Use

1. Apply a small amount of toothpaste on a soft-bristled toothbrush.

2. Brush for 2 minutes in circular motions.

3. Spit out thoroughly; do not swallow.

4. For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after brushing.
