Xavor DIU Forte combines Losartan Potassium (100mg) and Hydrochlorothiazide (25mg) to lower high blood pressure and reduce fluid retention. It relaxes blood vessels, improves blood flow, and reduces heart workload, helping prevent heart attack, stroke, and kidney complications.
