Blokium DIU 100/25mg Tablets combine two powerful medicines — Atenolol and Chlorthalidone — to effectively control high blood pressure (hypertension). Atenolol, a beta-blocker, reduces heart rate and workload, while Chlorthalidone, a thiazide-like diuretic, helps the body eliminate excess salt and water. Together, they lower blood pressure, reduce fluid buildup, and decrease the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney complications.
This combination provides dual-action control for patients requiring both a beta-blocker and a diuretic to achieve optimal blood pressure management.
