Bosmon 62.5mg Tablets contain Bosentan, an endothelin receptor antagonist (ERA) used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) — a condition where the blood pressure in the lungs’ arteries is abnormally high. Bosmon works by blocking the action of endothelin, a natural substance that causes blood vessels to narrow. By relaxing and widening these vessels, Bosmon reduces the workload on the heart and improves exercise capacity and quality of life in patients with PAH.
