Bynevol 5mg Tablets contain Nebivolol, a beta-blocker medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and chronic heart failure. By lowering blood pressure, Bynevol helps prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems. It works by blocking the action of certain natural chemicals (like adrenaline) on the heart and blood vessels, which helps reduce heart rate, relax blood vessels, and improve blood flow.
