Description:

Campex 50mg Capsule contains Diclofenac Sodium, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain, swelling, and inflammation caused by various conditions.

It works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain, inflammation, and fever.

Campex provides effective relief from muscle pain, joint pain, arthritis, backache, menstrual cramps, and dental pain, helping you regain comfort and mobility.


Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:

  • Diclofenac Sodium – 50 mg

Inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, gelatin, and other excipients.

Uses:

Campex 50mg Capsules are used for the treatment of:

  • Rheumatoid arthritis

  • Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea)

  • Dental pain or toothache

Dosage:

  • Adults:

    • Usual dose: 1 capsule (50 mg) two to three times daily, as prescribed by your doctor.

  • Maximum daily dose: Should not exceed 150 mg/day unless advised.

  • Children: Not recommended below 14 years unless prescribed.

Always take the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible duration.


In Case of Overdose:

Symptoms may include:

  • Severe abdominal pain

  • Vomiting or nausea

  • Drowsiness

  • Dizziness or confusion

  • Difficulty breathing

Missed Dose:

  • Take the missed dose as soon as you remember.

  • If it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one.

  • Do not double the dose to make up for a missed capsule.


How to Use:

  1. Take the capsule with food or milk to avoid stomach upset.

  2. Swallow the capsule whole with water — do not crush or chew.

  3. Take it at the same time each day for consistent pain relief.

  4. Avoid alcohol while taking Campex, as it may increase the risk of stomach irritation.


When Not to Use:

Do not use Campex if you:

  • Are allergic to diclofenac or other NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen, etc.)

  • Have a history of stomach ulcers, bleeding, or perforation

  • Have severe heart, kidney, or liver disease

  • Are in the last trimester of pregnancy

  • Have asthma triggered by NSAIDs

  • Have uncontrolled hypertension or heart failure

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Heartburn

  • Diarrhea or constipation

  • Dizziness or headache

Serious (less common) side effects:

  • Black/tarry stools or vomiting blood (signs of stomach bleeding)

  • Swelling of legs or feet

  • Severe allergic reactions (rash, itching, facial swelling)

  • Liver function changes (yellowing of eyes/skin)

  • Store below 30°C, in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • Do not use after the expiry date mentioned on the pack.

  • Dispose of properly — do not throw in household waste or flush down toilets.
