Nise 100mg Tablets contain Nimesulide, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain, inflammation, and fever.
Nise is commonly prescribed for:
Acute musculoskeletal pain
Arthritis and joint pain
Fever reduction
Menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea)
It works by blocking prostaglandin production, chemicals in the body responsible for pain, swelling, and inflammation, providing fast and effective relief.
Each tablet contains:
Nimesulide 100mg
Inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, starch, and other excipients
Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID)
Tablet (Oral use)
Nise 100mg Tablets are indicated for:
Relief of mild to moderate pain
Reduction of inflammation
Management of arthritis, joint, and musculoskeletal pain
Relief from menstrual pain
Adults: 1 tablet twice daily, or as prescribed by your doctor.
Take with water, preferably after meals to reduce stomach irritation.
Maximum daily dose: 200mg unless prescribed otherwise.
Symptoms: Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, dizziness, drowsiness, or gastrointestinal bleeding.
🚨 Action: Seek immediate medical attention.
Take as soon as you remember.
If it’s close to the next dose, skip the missed dose.
Do not double the dose.
Take after meals to minimize stomach upset.
Swallow the tablet whole with water.
Use short-term unless prescribed for chronic conditions.
Do not use Nise if you:
Are allergic to Nimesulide or other NSAIDs
Have history of stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, or liver disease
Are pregnant or breastfeeding without medical supervision
Have severe kidney or heart disease
Common:

Headache or dizziness
Mild swelling or fluid retention

Liver enzyme elevation
Serious (Seek urgent medical attention):

Take with food or milk to reduce stomach irritation.
Avoid alcohol while taking Nise.

Monitor for gastrointestinal bleeding or liver issues during prolonged use.
Other NSAIDs or aspirin – increased risk of stomach bleeding
Blood thinners (warfarin, heparin) – increased bleeding risk
Diuretics, ACE inhibitors, or beta-blockers – may reduce efficacy or increase kidney risk
Corticosteroids – increased stomach irritation
Store below 30°C, in a cool, dry place.
Protect from sunlight and moisture.
Keep out of reach of children.
Dispose of expired tablets safely.
