Advant 8mg Tablets contain Montelukast Sodium, a leukotriene receptor antagonist used to prevent and manage allergy symptoms and asthma. Advant helps reduce inflammation and bronchoconstriction in the airways, providing relief from seasonal allergies, allergic rhinitis, and asthma-related symptoms. It is suitable for both daily preventive therapy and long-term management of respiratory conditions.

Advant 8mg Tablets are indicated for:
Prevention and management of asthma
Relief from seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever)

Typical Adult Dose: 8mg orally once daily in the evening
Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water; may be taken with or without food
Note: Follow the prescribed dosage; do not exceed recommended daily dose
Symptoms: Sleepiness, stomach pain, or mild dizziness
Action: Seek medical attention immediately if an overdose occurs
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember
If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose
Do not double the next dose
Take at the same time each day, preferably in the evening
Swallow the tablet whole with water
Do not stop therapy abruptly without consulting your doctor
Allergy or hypersensitivity to Montelukast or any tablet components
Not indicated for acute asthma attacks
Use caution in patients with liver impairment
