Description

Cardiolite 25mg Tablets contain Atenolol, a beta-blocker medicine that helps manage high blood pressure (hypertension), angina (chest pain), and certain heart rhythm disorders.
It works by slowing the heart rate, reducing the heart’s workload, and improving blood flow, which helps prevent heart attacks, strokes, and other cardiovascular complications.


Ingredients

In Case of Overdose

Symptoms: Very slow heartbeat, severe dizziness, fainting, difficulty breathing, or bluish lips/fingers.
Action: Seek immediate medical attention or go to the nearest emergency department.


Missed Dose

  • Take the missed dose as soon as remembered.

  • Skip if it’s nearly time for the next dose.

  • Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one.


How To Use

  • Take orally with a full glass of water, preferably at the same time every day.

  • Can be taken with or without food.

  • Continue taking even if you feel well — do not stop suddenly without your doctor’s advice.


When Not to Use

  • Allergy to Atenolol or any beta-blocker

  • Bradycardia (slow heart rate)

  • Heart block or severe heart failure

  • Shock or very low blood pressure
