Duragesic Forte 50/650mg Tablets are a powerful combination of Tramadol Hydrochloride (50 mg) and Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) (650 mg), formulated for the relief of moderate to severe pain.

This dual-action pain reliever works by targeting the central nervous system—Tramadol acts as an opioid-like analgesic to alter pain perception, while Paracetamol enhances pain relief and reduces fever.

Duragesic Forte is commonly prescribed for post-operative pain, arthritis, injury-related pain, dental pain, and muscle or joint pain, providing effective and sustained relief when standard painkillers are insufficient.

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains:

• Tramadol Hydrochloride – 50 mg

• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) – 650 mg

Inactive Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, maize starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, and purified water.

Uses:

Duragesic Forte is used to relieve:

Dosage:

• Adults: 1–2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain.

• Elderly or patients with liver/kidney impairment: Lower doses may be required. Consult your physician.
