Mobikare DR 75mg Capsules contain Diclofenac Potassium, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain, inflammation, and swelling associated with conditions such as arthritis, musculoskeletal disorders, and post-operative pain.
Diclofenac works by blocking the production of prostaglandins, chemicals in the body that cause pain and inflammation, providing effective relief.
Mobikare DR is formulated as a delayed-release (DR) capsule, which helps reduce stomach irritation and enhance absorption for longer-lasting relief.
Each capsule contains:
Diclofenac Potassium 75mg (Delayed Release)
Inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and other excipients
Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID)
Capsule (Oral use, Delayed Release)
Mobikare DR 75mg Capsules are indicated for:
Relief from mild to moderate pain
Inflammation due to arthritis (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis)
Musculoskeletal pain
Postoperative or injury-related pain
Fever (as adjunct therapy)
Adults: 1 capsule once or twice daily, preferably after meals to reduce stomach irritation.
Swallow the capsule whole with water.
Do not exceed 150mg in 24 hours unless prescribed by your doctor.
Symptoms: Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, dizziness, drowsiness, or gastrointestinal bleeding.
🚨 Action: Seek immediate medical attention.
Take as soon as you remember.
If it’s almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose.
Do not double dose.
Take after meals to minimize stomach irritation.
Swallow the capsule whole with water.
Do not crush or chew delayed-release capsules.
Use short-term unless prescribed for chronic conditions.
Do not use Mobikare DR if you:
Are allergic to Diclofenac, other NSAIDs, or aspirin
Have a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers
Have severe kidney or liver impairment
Are pregnant or breastfeeding without medical supervision
Have heart problems or uncontrolled hypertension
Common:
Nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain
Dizziness
Headache
Mild swelling or fluid retention
Less Common:
Rash or itching
Elevated blood pressure
Heartburn
Serious (Seek urgent medical attention):
Gastrointestinal bleeding (vomiting blood, black stools)
Severe allergic reaction (rash, swelling, difficulty breathing)
Liver or kidney issues (yellowing of eyes/skin, reduced urine output)
Take with food or milk to reduce stomach irritation.
Avoid alcohol while taking Mobikare DR.
Use cautiously in patients with cardiovascular, kidney, or liver disease.
Monitor for signs of gastrointestinal bleeding or cardiovascular symptoms.
Other NSAIDs or aspirin – increased risk of stomach bleeding
Blood thinners (warfarin, heparin) – increased bleeding risk
Diuretics, ACE inhibitors, or beta-blockers – may reduce efficacy or increase kidney risk
Corticosteroids – increased stomach irritation
Store below 30°C, in a cool, dry place.
Protect from sunlight and moisture.
Keep out of reach of children.
Dispose of expired capsules safely.
