Tonoflex 50mg Capsules contain Tramadol Hydrochloride, a centrally acting opioid analgesic and serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI). It is indicated for the management of moderate to severe pain, including pain associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, postoperative recovery, dental procedures, and chronic conditions requiring continuous analgesia.

💊 Dosage

• Initial Dose: 25 to 50mg every 4 to 6 hours as needed

• Maximum Dose: 400mg per day

• Chronic Pain Management: Start with 25mg every morning, increasing by 25mg every 3–7 days to reach 50mg every morning. If well tolerated, consider increasing in 50mg increments every 2–4 days, up to a maximum of 300mg per day

• Opioid-Naive Patients: Initially, 25mg every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain severity of <7 on a numeric rating scale (NRS). Titrate every 3 days by 25–50mg increments to a level of pain relief up to a maximum of 150mg a day 

⚠️ In Case of Overdose

• Symptoms: Extreme drowsiness, slow heart rate, low blood pressure, respiratory depression

• Action: Seek immediate medical attention; bring the medication pack to the hospital 

⏳ Missed Dose

• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember, unless it's almost time for your next dose

• Do not take two doses at once to make up for a missed dose
