Uses
Axidox Capsules are prescribed for the treatment and prevention of:

Dosage
⚠️ Always take Axidox as prescribed by your doctor.

Adults:

Usual dose: 100mg once or twice daily with water.

For acne: 100mg daily for several weeks as advised.

For malaria prevention: 100mg daily, starting 1–2 days before exposure and continuing 4 weeks after leaving the area.

Children (above 8 years): Dosage based on body weight (3mg/kg to 4mg/kg daily).

Do not exceed the prescribed dose or discontinue early.
In Case of Overdose

Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or liver damage.

Missed Dose

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember.

How To Use

Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water.

Take 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals for best absorption.

Avoid lying down for at least 30 minutes after taking to prevent throat irritation.

Do not take with milk, dairy products, or antacids, as they reduce absorption.

Complete the full course even if you feel better early.
When Not to Use
Avoid Axidox if you:
