Ciproxin (250mg) contains Ciprofloxacin, a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. Ciproxin 250mg is used for:

Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, tremors, or seizures.
Seek emergency medical attention immediately.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember.
If it’s almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose.
Take orally with a full glass of water.
Can be taken with or without food.
Avoid taking with dairy products, calcium-fortified juices, or antacids.
Complete the full course even if symptoms improve.
Do not use Ciproxin if you have:
Allergy to Ciprofloxacin or other fluoroquinolones
History of tendon disorders related to fluoroquinolones
Severe kidney or liver disease (unless prescribed)
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Children or adolescents (unless specifically prescribed)
Common:
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
Abdominal pain
Headache or dizziness
Rash or mild itching
Serious (seek medical attention immediately):
Tendon rupture or inflammation
Severe allergic reactions (difficulty breathing, swelling, rash)
Irregular heartbeat
Confusion or seizures
Use cautiously in patients with kidney, liver, or heart problems.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure — may increase photosensitivity.
Avoid driving or operating machinery if dizziness occurs.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.
Drink plenty of water to prevent kidney problems.
Ciproxin may interact with:
Antacids, iron, or zinc supplements
Blood thinners (e.g., warfarin)
Theophylline
Corticosteroids (increased risk of tendon rupture)
Antiarrhythmic medications
