Duragesic 35/450mg Tablets provide effective relief from moderate to severe pain by combining Tramadol Hydrochloride (an opioid-like analgesic) with Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) (a non-opioid pain reliever and fever reducer).

This dual-action formula helps relieve pain from conditions such as muscle injuries, arthritis, post-surgical pain, and chronic back pain. Tramadol acts on the central nervous system to reduce pain perception, while Paracetamol enhances its pain-relieving effects and lowers fever.

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains:

• Tramadol Hydrochloride – 35 mg

• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) – 450 mg

Inactive Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch, magnesium stearate, and purified water.

Uses:

Duragesic Tablets are indicated for:

• Moderate to severe pain (acute or chronic)

• Post-operative pain management

Dosage:

• Adults: 1–2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain.

• Maximum dose: Do not exceed 8 tablets per day (equivalent to 280 mg Tramadol and 3600 mg Paracetamol).

• Elderly or liver-impaired patients: Consult a physician for adjusted dosing.

In Case of Overdose:

Symptoms: Nausea, vomiting, sweating, confusion, slow breathing, or loss of consciousness.

Missed Dose:

When Not to Use:

Do not take Duragesic if you:

• Are allergic to Tramadol, Paracetamol, or any other ingredient

• Have severe breathing disorders or uncontrolled epilepsy

• Are under 12 years old or pregnant/breastfeeding (unless prescribed)
