Dyclo-P 50mg Tablets contain Diclofenac Potassium, a fast-acting non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that provides effective relief from pain, inflammation, and swelling. It works by blocking substances in the body that cause pain and inflammation.
Dyclo-P is widely used to treat headaches, toothaches, muscle pain, joint pain, menstrual cramps, and arthritis. Its quick absorption makes it ideal for acute pain episodes and post-surgical discomfort.
Each tablet contains:
Diclofenac Potassium 50mg
Excipients: As required
Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID)
Tablet
Dyclo-P is used to relieve:
Headache and migraine pain
Toothache
Menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea)
Back pain and muscle pain
Joint pain and arthritis (rheumatoid or osteoarthritis)
Post-operative and post-traumatic pain
Adults: 1 tablet two to three times daily with meals, as prescribed by your doctor.
Maximum daily dose: Do not exceed 150mg per day.
Children: Use only if prescribed by a physician.
💡 Always use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible.
Symptoms: Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness, headache, or bleeding.
⚠️ Seek immediate medical attention or go to the nearest emergency facility if overdose is suspected.
If you miss a dose:
Take it as soon as you remember.
If it’s almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one.
Do not double the dose to make up for the missed tablet.
Take with a full glass of water after food to reduce stomach irritation.
Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew.
Follow your doctor’s dosage instructions carefully.
Avoid alcohol and smoking during treatment.
Do not use Dyclo-P if you:
Are allergic to diclofenac or other NSAIDs (like ibuprofen, aspirin)
Have stomach ulcers or bleeding disorders
Suffer from severe heart, liver, or kidney disease
Have a history of asthma attacks after NSAID use
Are pregnant (especially third trimester) or breastfeeding, unless prescribed
Common:
Nausea, vomiting, or heartburn
Stomach discomfort or bloating
Dizziness or headache
Less Common / Serious:
Gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcer
Swelling, shortness of breath, or high blood pressure
Skin rash or allergic reactions
⚠️ Stop use and contact your doctor immediately if you experience bloody stools, chest pain, or shortness of breath.
Use with caution in patients with hypertension, heart disease, or ulcers.
Avoid alcohol—it increases the risk of stomach bleeding.
Long-term use should be monitored by a doctor.
Do not combine with other NSAIDs or painkillers unless prescribed.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice.
Dyclo-P may interact with:
Aspirin or other NSAIDs
Blood thinners (Warfarin) – increased bleeding risk
Antihypertensive drugs (ACE inhibitors, diuretics)
Corticosteroids – increased stomach irritation
Antidepressants (SSRIs) – may increase risk of bleeding
Store below 30°C, away from heat and moisture.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use after the expiry date.
Dispose of unused tablets properly—do not flush or burn.
