Roswin 20mg contains rosuvastatin, a statin medication used to lower high cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. It works by reducing LDL (bad cholesterol) and increasing HDL (good cholesterol), helping to prevent heart attacks, strokes, and other cardiovascular problems.
