Tanzo 4.5 g Injection is a broad-spectrum antibiotic containing Piperacillin (4 g) and Tazobactam (0.5 g). Piperacillin is a penicillin-type antibiotic that kills bacteria, while Tazobactam prevents bacterial resistance by inhibiting beta-lactamase enzymes. Together, they are used to treat a wide range of moderate to severe bacterial infections, especially hospital-acquired and complicated infections.
