Devom Injection contains Dimenhydrinate (50mg/ml), a medication that belongs to the antiemetic and antihistamine class of drugs. It is widely used to prevent and treat nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and motion sickness. Devom is also effective in managing vertigo associated with inner ear disorders. It works by reducing abnormal stimulation in the brain that causes nausea and balance problems.

Antiemetic / Antihistamine

Patients with liver/kidney disease should use with caution
Alcohol, sedatives, sleeping pills, and tranquilizers – increase drowsiness
Other antihistamines – additive side effects
Antidepressants (TCAs, MAO inhibitors) – enhanced effects
Anticholinergics – increased side effects like dry mouth, blurred vision
Store at room temperature (below 25°C)
Protect from light and moisture
