Mabil Injection contains Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12), a neurotropic vitamin essential for maintaining healthy nerve function, brain health, and the production of red blood cells. It is widely prescribed for the treatment of neuropathy, megaloblastic anemia, and vitamin B12 deficiency. Mabil also helps improve energy levels, supports nerve regeneration, and prevents long-term nerve damage caused by deficiency.

Mecobalamin overdose is rare. High doses may cause headache, nausea, diarrhea, or skin rashes. Seek immediate medical advice if severe reactions occur.

Inform doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on other vitamin supplements
Not to be used as a substitute for proper nutrition
Chloramphenicol (may reduce hematologic response)
