Mabil Injection contains Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12), an essential water-soluble vitamin that plays a vital role in nerve function, red blood cell formation, and DNA synthesis. It is widely used to treat Vitamin B12 deficiency, megaloblastic anemia, and peripheral neuropathy.
