Provas (300mg/2ml) Injection contains Tranexamic Acid, an antifibrinolytic medicine that helps reduce or prevent excessive bleeding. It works by preventing the breakdown of blood clots, making it useful in surgeries, trauma, heavy menstrual bleeding, nosebleeds, dental procedures, and other conditions where bleeding needs to be controlled.

Dosage

  • Children: Dose adjusted by weight and condition

In Case of Overdose

  • Symptoms: Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, low blood pressure, seizures

  • Immediate medical attention required


Missed Dose

  • If missed, take as soon as remembered
