Tramal Injection contains Tramadol Hydrochloride, a centrally acting synthetic opioid analgesic used for the relief of moderate to severe pain. It is prescribed when other non-opioid painkillers are insufficient. Tramal works by binding to opioid receptors and inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine, thereby altering the body’s response to pain.
