DX3 Injection contains Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 5mg/ml, a fat-soluble vitamin essential for calcium and phosphorus absorption, healthy bones, teeth, and immune function. It is commonly prescribed for the treatment and prevention of Vitamin D deficiency, rickets, and osteomalacia.

Adults: 1 ampoule IM injection once weekly or as prescribed.

Symptoms: Nausea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, polyuria, weakness, confusion, kidney damage (due to hypercalcemia).
Management: Stop treatment, monitor calcium levels, supportive therapy.

Skip if it’s close to the next scheduled dose.
Do not double the dose.
Administered via intramuscular injection only.
