Hyzonate 100mg Injection contains Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate, a fast-acting corticosteroid used to treat inflammation, severe allergies, asthma, arthritis, adrenal insufficiency, and life-threatening conditions such as anaphylaxis, shock, and adrenal crisis.
It works by reducing inflammation, suppressing the immune system, and replacing the natural cortisol in patients with adrenal insufficiency. The injection is given by intravenous (IV) or intramuscular (IM) route, usually under medical supervision.

Hyzonate 100mg Injection is used for the treatment of:

Adults:
Initial: 100mg IV or IM injection.
Maintenance: May repeat every 6–8 hours depending on condition.
Children:
Dosage is weight-based (typically 0.56–8mg/kg/day).
Always follow doctor’s prescription and hospital protocol.
Symptoms: Mood swings, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, electrolyte imbalance.
Immediate medical help is required.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult doctor before use.

Diuretics (low potassium risk)
Antidiabetics (reduced effect, ↑ blood sugar)
Live vaccines (risk of infection)
Antifungals (ketoconazole ↑ steroid levels)
