Xyloaid Solution (2%) Injection contains Lidocaine Hydrochloride, a widely used local anesthetic and antiarrhythmic agent. It works by blocking nerve signals in the body, providing fast pain relief and local anesthesia during minor surgical, dental, or medical procedures.
It is also used in certain cases to treat ventricular arrhythmias (abnormal heart rhythms).
This pack contains 10ml per ampoule, 50 ampoules total for hospital or clinical use under medical supervision.

Dosage should be tailored by a healthcare professional
Symptoms: Dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision, tremors, seizures, hypotension, cardiac arrest
Treatment: Supportive care, airway management, seizure control (benzodiazepines), cardiac monitoring
As this is given in a clinical setting, missed doses are uncommon
If a dose is missed during procedure, it will be adjusted by the doctor
Administered intramuscularly (IM), subcutaneously (SC), or intravenously (IV) depending on medical need
Only to be used by trained healthcare professionals in hospital/clinic settings

Known allergy to Lidocaine or other amide-type local anesthetics
Severe heart block or arrhythmias (without pacemaker support)

Other local anesthetics – additive toxic effects
Beta-blockers & Cimetidine – may increase lidocaine levels
Amiodarone or antiarrhythmic drugs – risk of cardiac effects
With – may increase CNS depression
Store below 25°C, protected from light and heat
Do not freeze

Dispose of unused ampoules as per hospital/clinic protocol
